As mentioned in the last post, tgts of 4800-4850 has been achieved within 2 days, whereas i had mentioned a period of 2 weeks for the same. The rise is too quick & too fast so one can expect a dip of 80-120 points for further tgts of 4920-4950. Try buying close to 4735-4750 with 4695 as a Sl & 4950 a tgt. This is comparatively a risky bet as compared to the trade mentioned in the last post.

As per my statistics, to me, it seems that 4639-4550 is a bottom for the time being. we may see a bounce back, & a severe bounce back of at least 150-175-250 points upto 4800, within next 2 weeks. So, either buy right now at 4680-4655 or wait for it to break 4639 & buy in the range of 4599-4550 keeping 4500 as a SL , for the tgts of 4800-4850.

b coz, risk involoved is only 2-5 % but potential profits could be more than 15 %. buy it close to 227 and below and start booking ur profits above the range of 258-262.if volumes in the stock starts picking up to more than 10000-12000 shares at a given day before 12 am, that is the confirmation of good days coming.

Well, i dont trade in nifty, i trade in stocks, & stocks with their respective daily, weekly & monthly lvls, along with FIBO no.'s & then i match my expected levels with I LANGO SIR's level.

LAST TIME WHEN I DID THIS, i mailed i lango sir, when we were close to 5200 levels, THAT SIR, v r in for a low & a meaningful bounce. The next day, NIFTY MADE A SHORT TERM LOW 5177 to bounce back to 5598.

i have been tracking data for cnx 500 stocks for last 2 & half years.

whenever more than 220-240 stocks from cnx 500 went oversold & 150-180 stocks hit 52 week low. 1 or 2 days around we saw a bottom, which remain a bottom for at least next 7-10 weeks. ( 1 quarter at least ).

Currently, after todays fall, 258 stocks are in oversold territory & 162 stocks hit 52 weeks low

coinciding with ur levels of 5220-5180-5170

also, sujata s 5227

& kumar guru's 5222 levels

griding, in other words capitulation ( i dont know the exact spelling ) also seen today..

we are ready to see, dreadful headlines in tomorrows news papers.

Rumours also, that anil ambani may be arrested, ( however, later denied by himself )

all this pointing towards a bottom formation

so, i think, we are in with a bottom for time being.

the adag stocks today , i feel, have made ( or in process to make ) a higher tops to 2008 lows ( rel cap - 272 , rel infra - 450 , rel power - 92 & advanced smartly ) to edge higher & higher in days, weeks, months to come.

although, my buying wud be for 6-9 months & of no means, if after i buy, indices head lower to 5000 & lower, after i buy, so, actually require to catch the bottom. ( else as per ur advice, i wud be booking profits, as & when u signal ).

ONE MORE THING I WUD LIKE TO MENTION IS :

ITS more than an year than we havent see indices scoring a TWO CONTINOUS DAY, downfall of 3 % of more. This happens every year compulsarily. SO, seems today is the time.

BUT I MUST TELL U, this fall, as i am expecting, WUD B VERY VERY LETHAL, CAPITULATING, & SCARY. ( & I MAY BE COMPLETELY WRONG TOO )

U CAN SEE MANY A STOCKS FALLING 20 % OR MORE EVEN.

& THIS WUD ALSO BE A TIME TO BUY STOCKS, SIGNIFICANT TIME TO BUY STOCKS, BUT TIME2BUY2 ( LIST GIVEN BELOW ) again we wud see a downfall, breaking this expected low, but that wud be after a bounce of say 600-700 points, crossing 200 DEMA, on the upside, again to convert bears into the bulls ( like happened recently at 5600 ). SESA GOA - ALthough, the high made in 2010, is an ultimate multimonth or multi year high, but a LOW RISK bet can be taken with a SL below 280, for a 30-35 % bounce, in 2-3 months.

ALOK IND. - Either buy close to 20, placing a SL below 20 OR wait for a level below or Close to 19, then 17 is a GOOD SL, its a GOOD BUY, with expecting a new high for 2011, some times til october.

NALCO - LOOKS, good. DOnt buy immediately, buy IN MARCH , on a decline to 376 or lower, placing a SL below 346. ALTHOUGH, RISK remains, higher of 8 % , rewards, also wud be TOP CLASS, over 50 %. Expecting a a new 2011 high.

NB ventures - RISKY , Short, above 226.5, SL > 229. Tgts 216 & lower.

HPCL - Looks like taking support in the band of 297-302. DONT MISS, if u get it lower to this.

DLF - DONT REMAIN LONG, on a NIFTY BOUNCE to 5500 or higher, reduce, ur longs. I am expecting it to break 2008 lows.

JINDAL SOUTH WEST HOLDING - UNFILLED GAP @ 1130, VERY BEARISH. STOCK, as per my expectation wud loose more than 50 % from this level.

MRPL - is a buy , 44 & lower.

JYOTI STRUCTURE - BUY 60 & lower. It may rise, then to levels like 240 & higher, in next 9 months, after making that low.

SINTEX - Shud fall big to 80-100.

BIRLA CORP. - SHUD FALL BIG TO 160-175.

ISPAT - DONT MISS IT, 17 & lower, with a SL below 15, OR ELSE AROUND 10.5-11.

UTV - SHUD BUY, it next big fall, REMEMBER only on a big fall, to 425-410, IF 385, doesnt stay protected, then 250-260 is certain.

CROMPTON - Expecting, if not big, then at least 30 % fall from current levels.

CUMMINS - DOUBLE TOP in place, very bearish. Must fall to 185-220 levels.

FEDERAL BANK - Looks, like double top to me. VERY BEARISH. Must fall to 250-260, with a STOP at 220, OTHERWISE, 135-150 is certain.

TORRENT POWER - VERY BEARISH, can fall to 85 & lower, in coming months.

MAX INDIA - May fall to 115-125, & then score 245-260 in next 6-8 months.

CMC -must fall to 1125-1165 before any meaningfull bounce, & then finally to 450 & lower. I think, its time to exit the stock, at graceful price.

ACKRUTI CITY - INDICES ARE HOVERING AROUND 2009 high & STOCK is trading at LIFETIME LOW. paying penalty for having risen too much too quick , in 2008. MAY fall to 130-111 level before any substancial bounce.

RIIL & JAI CORP- LONGS , Stay cautious !

ALthough , this post is for trades, for wednesday, 23 rd february & onwards. But, had to post the same with the above title, as i feel that RIIL, if not jai corp has risen too early too much from their 5177 lows. So, longs need to be cautious on RIIL at least. I wud not suggest, any new longs on RIIL at least, if not JAI CORP coz, upside if yes, is not more than 5-7 % from current levels, BUT, downside risk is more than 20 %.

DISHMAN PHARMA

BUY, below yest. low in panic & HOLD. tgts are good. FOR cautions, keep a SL below 87 ( in case, if u want to ). Otherwise, it has good upside ( 20-25 % potential ) with a downside risk of only 5 % . ONLY THING, which is to be taken care of, it shudnt create any downside unfilled gap.

GESHIP

Same is with GE SHIPPING. I am sensing, some good upside momentum in shipping stocks. Keep a stop below 254 & buy below 258. BUT REMEMBER, this buy is only meant for a bounce of 17-20 % & with Strict sl.

SCI

ALthough, downside risk is upto 91-92 levels, but again upside potential is a good 22-26 rs. Keep an appropriate SL & buy in panics to 94-92.

PHOENIX MILLS

Looks good, BUY tomorrow, keeping a SL below 168.

DIVIS LAB

ONly for RISKY players, Keep a SL below 615 & buy below 620. reduce at 637 + lvls & carry with TSL.

CANARA BANK

Again for RISKY players. BUY below 580, keeping a SL below 576, to reduce at 595-597 & then carry with TSL.

BHUSHAN STEEL

Buy around/below 400, keep a SL below 397, reduce, around 415-417 & carry with TSL.

POWER GRID

Play keeping the range 97 & 99 in the mind. Buy above 99, SL below 97,upwards momentum to PICK up above 101, tgts 104.5 & 108 & then higher also.

PUNJ LLOYD

ONly for LONG TERM PLAYERS. WHO can afford to take a risk of 20 % downside for a HEFTY 50 % upside. Buy at close to 65 levels. Reduce around 79-80 & carry with TSL. It has an unfilled gap @ 82. So, momentum to be picked up above SAY 82-84.

SPICE JET

Buy, below 42, keeping a SL below 40. Tgts, 48-50 within a week. RISKY.

FINANCIAL TECH

BUY below/around 820, Keep a SL below 818. On upside, may go upto 835/845/854.

But, if breaks 818, short on a bounce above 824, keeping a SL above 830, tgts, then wud be 804 & 792 even.

PATEL ENG.

SHORT > 186, SL 189. Tgts, 179 & lower, good downside, on a break of 175.
LONG < 180, Sl 177, tgts 185/188 & then upto 200 also. IF 177 stays protected.

RIIL - SPECIAL MENTION

744, january high, seems to me, a high for 2011. & if 757 not breached on upside in 2011, then expecting a good downside tgts, like 380 & lower in the stock. Although, this wud be very gradual, time consuming process of 8-9 months. SO, i advise, traders, holding the stock, to reduce tomorrow @ 710-730 levels. I dont think, u wud want to keep a STOCK for a potential of 25 RS. upside & a healthy 300 rs. on downside. ALTHOUGH, if FANCY, u can always, look to buy the stock on a healthy 25-30 % dip, if 757 is breached on the upside, in the coming days.

JAI CORP - SPECIAL MENTION

ALTHOUGH, on jai corp, i am expecting a 20 % freeze tomorrow. ( THIS IS NOT, PLEASE A BUY CALL ON THE STOCK ), but that wud only be to make a lower top to its JANUARY HIGH. STOCK TURNS BULLISH only after a cross over of 235 levels. which seems impossible to me. I am also expecting this stock to slide lower towards levels like 80-77 in 2011.

POWER GRID - Turns positive on a trade above 101, candidate for 104 & above 105 for 111 & 117 even. BUT since, its a SLOW MOVER. BUY closer to 98 & below OR, buy on dips after a close above 101 ( with volumes ).

Short on rise to 253-254 & above, if OPEN is not equal to HIGH, else short at open itself, if O=H. Keep 258 as ur SL. Tgts, not lower than 245.5-247. HIGHLY RISKY, as it has an unfilled gap @ 244. A CONTRARION BUY CAN ALSO BE GENERATED, as desired level with 243 as SL. Tgts 256-259 & higher.

FORTIS HEALTH
SAR @ 155, Below 155 short it for tgts not lower than 144. Tgts may also be extended to 130-128, provided that it doesnt cross 157. Buy above 155 for tgts like 165 & higher.

Andhra Bank
Very lil SL, very high gains. Short above 150, SL 153. Tgts 137 & lower.

Wel corp
Shud not fall below 174, tgts 202-209.

Financial tech.
Accumulate between 781-784, tgts 870-900. SL 774. Playing only for 12-15 % gains. Else, stock is in deep downtrend to head 650 or lower.

BEML - Buy 620 or lower, with a SL below 600.

We must remember that the stock is in deep downtrend & may head downside to 450 OR lower.

ALthough, this buying is done only for a tgt of 670 & above. that makes a very good risk reward ratio of 22:55.

LAKSHMI OVERSEAS ( BSE CODE 519570 ) - Stock is also in a deep downtrend. However, we are just buying it for a bounce upto 47 & higher, with a SL below 42. Making it a risk reward ratio of 80 paisa to 5rs.
However, this particular stock is highly overdone & can be considered to be kept for positional bet, with SL of 5200 on nifty with a tgts of 53 & higher.

ALthough, u may think to trail ur SL higher, after the given tgts are achieved for a 3-5 % higher tgts, only if u r not satisfied with the projected profits.

ALTHOUGH, one may easily skip to trade, above 2 recommendations, if not comfortable, as markets, if fall a lil more from here, are preparing for numerous such trades for the next 2 days.

As & when i get time, i wud be posting such stocks with handsome risk reward ratio.

first of all, festival season, then connectivity issue & then manpower problem at my business places. So, many reasons around , that kept me away from blogging, nearly 20 days & these 20 days were a sheer dreadful nightmare at our markets. Loads of my reco

2 weeks ago, i had given list of few stocks along with the trends in which they are in. Few did exactly like i mentioned, few chose to move oppossite to the direction i thought. Few flew off & few stopped out. Its time now to track them.

TRADES WHICH STOPPED OUT

Canara bank - Lost 2 % in short trade.

Power grid - Bought @ 99. Lost 1.5 %.


Reminding the whole list again, so as if anybody miss that post, can eye all of them in the one go.

Gammon india - Our buying range was 197-196. Keep trailing with a SL below 193.

Inox- Had a nice ride from my mentioned level of 70 to 77. Solid support now @ 72.

Hind motors - I had a reco to buy @ 24. Zoomed upto 28 few times now.

Nagarjuna construction - Shorted @ 159, had a 10 % ride to 144. Keep trailing.

Mindtree - bought @ 508, keep trailing with a SL below 498.

GVKPIL - bought @ 42.25. Huge supports @ 42. Went for a ride to 47.

Powergrid - Stopped out @ 98. 2 % loss.

HOPFL - v cud buy only 65 % of our desired quantity. But what a move upto 80.

Sterling biotech - Bought @ 107. Moved upto 114.

Satyam computers - Bought @ 79. Move to 91.

GIPCL - Agressive bought @ 113. Moved to 122.

R power - 220 CE bought.

Seamec - Bought @ 154, Sl below 146. Risky but sure.

Jyoti structures - Bought @ 132. Gave a move upto 146.

PTC - Bought @ 130. Gave a move to 146.

DCHL - WOW, bought @ 125.4. Moved to 150.

Tech mahindra - Bought below 730.

Tata power - Agressive players bought @ 1382. Our SL is below 1367 & it kept reverting from 1370.

Torrent power - Shorted @ 313.

Jindal saw - Huge supports formed @ 210-208.

Fcs soft - BOught @ 1.7.

Essar oil - Bought above 148, moved to 162.

Suven - Bought @ 28. Moved to 32.5.

ALL OF THE ABOVE POSITIONS ARE A HOLD, & CAN SHOW A MEATY UPMOVE IN THE NEXT INDICES UPMOVE. SO, i did not give any targets. Even some scrips showed a move like 12-15 %.

I ALSO PROVED MY POINT. That, 1-2 % losses ( my losses in stopped out trades are always less than 2 %) made in stopped out trades can easily be made out by successful trades. ANybody can see that my successful trades have shown a move of minimum 5 % to 20 % even. So, b disciplined, systematic & ABOVE ALL CONSISTENT.

OTHER TRADES which did not materialise

Unitech - Did not come to our buying range.

Piramal health - we kept waiting to short it above 500.

Petronet -we kept waiting for it to come down to 108-105.

Hcl tech - 2 b bought above 448.

As mentioned earlier, i may start my services on yahoo messenger, most probably monday onwards.

THE FOLLOWING IS THE ARTICLE -

" Charity begins @ home.

This is an old saying, & mentioning it just to ensure, that i practice what i say.

India is a country of celebrations, celebrating festivals. Loads of festivals are there. But, Grand Festival season starts from Naag panchami in august month, followed by Raksha bandhan, Shri Krishna Janmashtami, EID, Hartalika Teej, Ganesh chaturthi, Paryushan parv, Shraddh parv, Navrathri, Dussehera, Shri Gurunanak ji jayanti, Dipwali, Merry Christmas, New year, Shri Guru Govind Singh ji Jayanti, Navroj, Pongal, Makar Sankranti, Good friday & so on. These festivals are being cheered & cherished by everybody, irrespective of religion, caste or age. New clothes, home furnishings, sweets, lightings, crackers add flavours to our festive spirits. We always have a tendency to spend more than our capacity to make our family happy & rejoiced. Those all, who are reading this article definitely form a better, prosper & vital part of a society. We are an internet society, always one up as per as our thought process, sense of responsibility & intelligence are concerned. & credit for all this not only goes to the Almighty, parents, family members, our hard work but to society also. We shud all think positively to give back the society, whatever we can, within OR out of our capacity.

The pics which i have added to this post, addresses the same issue. I came accross a aashram nearby my residence, which entertains only handicapped children, 4-16 years. Day boarding, education, hostel & meals, all goes on charity. This is the pic of the occassion when i invited them at my home, on an auspicious occassion, arranged a get together with lunch for them. All of our family members also had lunch with them. SO, what s unique in that. Well, prior to this, i went over 50 home surrounding us, one day ago, requested all of them to join those children. My neighbourers were simply asked to come alone, just to rejoice those children, that they are no alone, we all are with you. A lil request was made, that if & only if possible, bring along anything from ur home, used stuff, be it a dress wear or anything. & to my ultimate surprise most of them came & while children were leaving, i had to arrange a loading rikshaw for them to carry away the stuff, those neighbourers brought along with them.

One more such occassion, i wanted to share with all you people. WE had a circus running in our city indore. To my ultimate surprise, only on one request, within 15 seconds of my mentioning, circus people agreed to allow free entry to those children. Children were more than happy, as they never seen circus in their life.

In the same series, I have arranged for those children to visit an Ice cream plant on Sunday, 12 th September 2010, 1 pm. During which Plant owner not only agreed to show them the process of manufacturing of ice cream, but also to offer an ice cream each for all of them.

AM I BLOWING MY OWN TRUMPET - Why mentioning this, blowing out my own trumpet, not really. Just wanted to highlight the effort to convey & communicate my message properly. & one more important reason. CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME. Before preaching readers, i wanted to put my own example. Well, what did i contribute ? Just my deeds & lil bit of food stuff, that s all. During their visit to ice cream plant/circus, i will have to expend less than even Rs. 1000 ( on conveyance ). I know we people are not capable enough to bring out the revolution in our society. But, within our capabilities we can bring small lil changes in our society. IF not, at least we are capable enough to bring out cheerful smile on the face of one such needful person, once such festival. LOads of old age homes, orphanages, aashrams, municipals school, slum houses etc are around us, waiting for our initiatives. Following are my suggestions, which are not big, yet effective to fulfill, such noble causes.

1. Spend any 2 or 3 such festivals every year with such people.

2. Do celebrate a birthday OR anniversary once in a while with them.

3. There are several orgnanizations out at your city, which arranges to serve, the meals, which are spared, from our social functions, such as marriage functions, birthday celebrations etc.

4. SHRADDH SEASON is celebrated till 15 days in north india. COntribute one time meal, any of those days to the needfull people on the name of ur ancestors.

5. DOnate spare/used blankets, woolen clothes etc. in winter season & spare/used wind sheeters/raincoat in rainy season.

6. Go to a multiplex nearby you, meet the manager in operations there. Multiplex goes empty houses during Shraddha/ramzan/examination period. They will be more than happy to arrange a show, free of cost/nominal cost for this noble cause. Some how, if multiplex owner doesnt approve a movie show for them, they will always agree to let those children to visit to their projection room to know, how the movies are projected.

7. U can also arrange an in house, movie show on a projector/lcd/dvd at their place itself.

8. Arrange to donate educational stuff to the children studying.

9. People who know any art like paintings/computers/rangoli/knitting/weaving can spend 1-2 hours during weekend teaching their art to them.

10. Any stuff, that is spared/used but have been upgraded/updated/old for you. like electronic gadget/clothes/utensils/toys/educational material/medicines/

11. Pay occassional visits to their places, even if u r not in mood/able to donate something, just to cheer them up that they are not alone.

12. Invite once or twice a year @ your place/society/township etc. just in order to bring them into lime light, to attract attention of the people around you towards them.

13. U can meet the directors of such places & can refer them to the able people u know OR can request such capable people to pay attention/visits to their places.

14. u can arrange to let them visit any fascinating place in ur city like amusement park, museum, shopping mall, garden, any manufacturing plant, ice cream plant, dairy plant, water treatment plant, pumping station, dam likewise places.

15. If u r concerned with any NGO, u can arrange a celebrity to visit their places.

16. Arrange a visit to the local Radio station, FM station, Newspaper press, TV channel likewise places, to let them know, how they function. They also readily agress for such cause, as such activity brings fee publicity for them.

17. If any mall/shop/showroom/township is scheduled to inaugurated, simply go & meet the director & suggest this idea. They will always be ready for such activity as such kind of activity brings down loads of free media publicity for them.

I know, there are much more smarter & intelligent people than me, amongst my readers. Many other such ideas & even better wud click to them. Required is just an inspiration. If my article inspires even one such person, i wud think my work is done & then u know, its a chain reaction. Today when those children wud be visiting to the ice cream plant, i am sure, the idea wud be clicked to the persons, who wud come accross this initiative. So, when u get involve into these activities, people watching u doing this, wud also get inspired. So, its quite possible, this leads to a chain reaction & together we might bring a revolution in our society, if not for anything else, then at least for people who need our love & affection.

& let me guarantee one sure shot fact. No stop loss required for such activity. No risk only reward that too of too many smiling faces around us. "

Due to hectic schedule of festival seasons, i did not find myself able for the list of stocks with prevailing trends, which becomes due for this weekend.

I am not saying that these scrips wont fall & wont hit the stop loss i mentioned. What i meant is that, The levels which i am mentioning within this post for these scrips wud be the best ever opportunity with the most favourable risk reward ratio to initiate a trade.

GIPCL - Accumulate the fall upto 110 shud be accumulated. 50 % close to 113(AGRESSIVE) & 50 % close to 110.5 (CONSERVATIVE). SL below 109. CONFIDENCE GRADE 2. RISK GRADE 3.

UNITY INFRA - AVOIDABLE

SATYAM COMP.- Buy between 78.5-79. SL below 78. Risk grade 3, Confidence grade 3.

UNITECH- Doesnt require an immediately attention. Accumulate 50 % between 80-81 & 50 % close to 77 with SL below 76. Structure is very positive. RISK & CONFIDENCE both grades @ 1.

Sterling biotech - Buy close to 107 with a SL below 104. Risk & confidence grades @ 1.

Petronet - Accumulate between 107-106 with a SL below 105. Confidence grade 1, Risk grade 3.

Hind motors - Accumulate between 23.7-24. Sl below 23.4. Risk grade 3, confidence grade 1.

HOPFL - Buy 65% close to 75 & 35 % close to 73 with a SL below 73. Risk level 3. Confidence level 1.

Power grid - MOST SURE SHOT TRADE. Buy below/close to 100. Sl below 98. Confidence & risk grades @ 1.

GVKPIL - Buy close to 42.2. Sl below 41.7. RIsk & confidence grade @ 1.

Mind tree - Buy between 507-510. Sl below 498. Risk & confidence grade @ 1.

ALL the above stocks r great opportunities as per as risk reward ratio is concerned. But, please initiate the trade as mentioned @ apporpriate levels with Strict SL's, B COZ market can prove anybody wrong.

I have lots & lots of scrips on hit list & soon before SAI VAAR, i am gonna offer a post on the trend in some particular stocks. So that people trading/holding those scrips can have an idea, what their scrips is gonna do.

TRADING TABLE is one good suggestion which i have always liked & wish to follow. But due to my business responsibilities, health related issue ( i can not sit in a single posture for long ), festival season, i am really not finding myself comfortable to work on the excel sheet as its time consuming & exhaustive.
